Registration

The whole congress will take place at Centre Paul Langevin :

conference and poster room, coffee break space, hotel and restaurant .

Transportation from the Modane railway station and the Center of Aussois IS NOT included in any Pack (see below) and must be paid directly to the company (see How to reach Aussois).

Depending on the number of sollicitations, a transport by bus might be organized after TGV arrivals at Modane station during Sunday afternoon. 

To this end, let us know as soon as possible your arrival time at Modane Station on Sunday and departure on Wednesday or Thursday.

Registration process is in two steps :

Pre-registration (before February 15^th) DEADLINE REPORTED TO 23^rd FEBRUARY

A valid e-mail address is necessary at this stage as it will be used for the next steps.

Fill the form proposed, at the following adress:

and confirm to save your pre-registration. You'll receive an e-mail confirmation.

Final registration and payment (before February 28^th)

After validation by the organizing committee, you'll receive another e-mail "IMMS2017-your pre-registration has been confirmed" and a weblink to finalize your registration and proceed to the payment.

You have two possibilities for the payment :

• payment by bank transfer.
  

• payment by credit card online : once you have valid your pre-registration, you have to pay right away. It is not possible to pre-register, then some time later, return to the site by following again the link sent during the pre-registration because in this case if you try to finalize your registration, you get the message: "You've already confirm your registration" with the impossibility to continu.

IN ALL CASES, YOU MUST INDICATE THE ACRONYM OF THE CONGRESS (IMMS 2017) AND YOUR NAME(S).

Four options are available (the center offers 70 "single" rooms and 30 "twin" rooms only) :

Pack mini "single"                                                                                         345 € (incl. VAT)

including 3 nights (Sunday night to Tuesday night included) in a single room,
3 breakfasts, 3 dinners, 3 lunch.

Pack mini "twin"                                                                                           313 € (incl. VAT)

including 3 nights (Sunday night to Tuesday night included) in a twin room,
3 breakfasts, 3 dinners, 3 lunch.
