Information for Authors

Participants

Due to time limitation, each participant will be restricted to either one oral lecture or a poster presentation.

Considering the fact that only a fixed number of oral presentations will be possible, oral proposals submitted after the fulfillment of the maximum number of presentations will be converted into posters. In this case authors will be informed.

As in the last IMMS meetings, there will be no plenary lectures. 

Abstracts

Deadline for receiving abstracts is the 13^th March 2017.

For the submission, sent your abstract by e-mail at the following adress : imms2017aussois@sciencesconf.org

with in object    "abstract_Oral_Presentation_Name_First name"       for an oral presentation

or                     "abstract_Poster_Presentation_Name_First name"    for a poster presentation.

Orals

All oral talks will last 15 min. and be followed by 5 min. discussions. Presentations should be provided preferentially as .pdf files, although PowerPoint formats are also accepted (either .ppt or .pptx).

Presentations should be uploaded on the computer provided by the organizers in the morning of the lecture.

Posters

Poster size is 90 cm wide, 120 cm tall. As usual, there will be one poster session per day.
